The firm

About the firm

We represent private investors who have lost money through investment fraud, crypto fraud and broker fraud — across Germany. Our work combines criminal and civil procedure with a practical understanding of how money actually moves between platforms, banks and exchanges.

  • No guarantee of success
  • No cold calling
  • Transparent costs
  • Confidential & GDPR-compliant

How we work

Four principles

An honest assessment first

Not every case can be pursued economically. Where the prospects are poor we say so in the initial assessment — before any costs arise. We give no guarantee of success; anyone who does is not acting reputably.

Criminal and civil law together

Fraud cases are rarely won on one track alone. The criminal proceedings can secure assets and open the investigation file; the civil claim is where compensation is actually pursued. We run both in a coordinated way.

Following the money

Whether funds went by SEPA transfer, card payment or on-chain shapes what is realistic. Understanding the payment route is often the difference between a claim on paper and a claim that can be enforced.

Verifiable, not just reassuring

Bar admission, bar association membership and professional indemnity insurance are matters of public record. We publish them so you can check them — and we encourage you to.

Check rather than trust

How you can verify us

In a field targeted by recovery scams, verifiability matters more than any claim we could make about ourselves.

Your next step

Have your case reviewed free of charge

Tell us what happened. We will tell you which legal steps are worth considering in your case — and which are not.

Free and without obligation. Costs only arise if you expressly instruct us afterwards — the fee under the RVG or a written fee agreement is discussed with you in advance. If you hold legal expenses insurance, we check the cover for you.

No guarantee of success — but a clear assessment. Your data is never passed on and is processed exclusively within the EU.
